Absolute Town Car Policies and Terms of Use

As Seattle’s favorite car service to the airport and elsewhere, we got there in part by having some basic rules in place to enhance our customers’ experience. Whether it’s Seattle airport transportation, superb limo car service as your wedding limo, our executive car services or any other greater Seattle transportation need, our Seattle towncar service proudly sets forth these Policies and Terms of Use to benefit customers of our Town Car service, not just us. Unlike the average shuttle to the airport or some Seattle airport taxi, you can always count on our rental limos and Town Cars to be clean, punctual and professionally driven — that applies to your limo for prom night and every other service we provide. It’s one reason why Absolute Town Car is Seattle’s favorite car service… absolutely!

Cancellation Policy:

Absolute Town Car requires that cancellations are received by telephone no less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Customer’s failure to cancel their reservation per this requirement will result in a full charge for the reservation. No administration fee is charged for cancellations.

 

Privacy and Security Policy:

At Absolute Town Car, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide only to secure your reservation. We do not sell, trade, rent, forward or otherwise share your personal information to any other services at any time.

Information provided to us will only be used to make your reservation and send you confirmation.

Our website is protected by security software. You can be confident that your information is safe and secure when using our site to make a reservation. Information is secured using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) service.

All rights reserved. All elements of this website, www.absolutetowncar.com, including (but not limited to) text, photographs, logo images, forms and scripts, except as noted otherwise, are the exclusive property of Absolute Town Car and they are not to be used without prior written authorization from this website’s owners. Reproduction, distribution and copying of any elements this website without our prior knowledge and consent is strictly prohibited. Violators will be aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

 

Terms & Conditions

By placing a reservation with Absolute Town Car, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and expressly authorize Absolute Town Car to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including (but not limited to) charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you fail to keep your reserved appointment (otherwise known as being a “no-show”). Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period defined in “Cancellation Policy” above is reached.

 

Airport Arrival Waiting Time

Absolute Town Car provides up to 40 minutes of free wait time for domestic arrivals or 50 minutes for international arrivals. This free time is for you to disembark, clear customs and pick up your luggage. The Absolute Town Car chauffeur will then wait an additional 10 minutes for domestic arrivals or an additional 30 minutes for international arrivals before considering the passenger a no-show (i.e., if we do not receive a notification for extension from the passenger during this time).

 

Monitoring of Airport Transfer Flight Arrival Times

Absolute Town Car monitors flight arrival times. In the unfortunate event that your arriving flight is delayed, we will wait for you until you arrive at no extra charge. Please note that once the airplane has landed, the airport arrival waiting time condition (as defined in “Airport Arrival Waiting Time” above) applies.

 

Point to Point Transfers

Upon arrival at the customer’s designated pickup address, Absolute Town Car provides up to 15 minutes of free waiting time for non-airport related reservations. The chauffeur will then wait another 15 minutes before considering the passenger a “no-show” (i.e., if we do not receive a notification for extension from the passenger during this time).

 

Termination of Any Reservation

Absolute Town Car reserves the right to immediately cancel any reservation without refund if the chauffeur believes that the passenger/s is/are placing the chauffeur, other passengers or the vehicle in danger. Additionally, if the passenger/s is/are in the possession of any illegal material and/or substances, the service will be cancelled without refund. There will be no exceptions.

 

No-Show Policy, Applicable to All Pickups

Once a passenger is considered a no-show as defined in several subsections above, the passenger will then be charged in full for the reservation. In the event that the maximum waiting time has been reached, the chauffeur will wait longer if instructed to do so by telephone. In this case the extra 30 minute waiting fee will be charged.

 

Change Policy

Absolute Town Car requires that all changes are received by telephone 1 hour prior to the pickup time. If a reservation change cannot be made in time, it will result in a cancellation and you will be charged for the entire reservation.

 

Methods of Payment

Receipts and invoice statements can be forwarded to the client if requested. Absolute Town Car accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Also, cash payments can be made directly to the chauffeur. Checks will only be accepted for invoice payments.

 

Lost or Damaged Property

By placing a reservation with Absolute Town Car, customer acknowledges and agrees that neither Absolute Town Car nor its business partners are responsible for customers’ or passengers’ property that is left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. Absolute Town Car reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. Absolute Town Car’s business partners and their chauffeurs will assist with luggage, but assume no liability for doing so.

 

Limited Liability

By placing a reservation with Absolute Town Car, customer acknowledges and agrees that neither Absolute Town Car nor its business partners are responsible for circumstances that are beyond their control, including (but not limited to) traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, etc.

 

Vehicle Damage/Cleaning

By placing a reservation with Absolute Town Car, you (the party paying for the reservation) accept full responsibility for all damage and/or cleaning charges incurred due to passenger conduct, action or illness, including (but not limited to) vomit, sickness or other bodily fluids or substances ($200 cleaning fee), drink spillage ($100 cleaning fee), burns ($300 replacement/repair), upholstery tears ($300-500 replacement/repair) or opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object ($500-1000), etc. You further acknowledge and expressly authorize Absolute Town Car to charge your credit card in full for all such charges that are deemed by Absolute Town Car to be applicable.
